Covid today Fvg, 533 infections and 5 deaths: bulletin November 19

There are 533 coronavirus infections in Friuli Venezia Giulia today, November 19, 2021, according to numbers and covid data from the region’s bulletin. Recorded 5 more deaths. In detail, 494 new infections were detected on 8,313 molecular swabs with a positive percentage of 5.94%. There are also 14,985 rapid antigenic tests carried out, from which 39 cases (0.26%) were detected. The 5 deaths: +: an 87-year-old man and a 64-year-old man both from Trieste who died in hospital, an 80-year-old woman from Trieste who died in hospital, a 94-year-old woman from Udine who died in hospital and a 91-year-old man from Gorizia died in his home. There are 25 people hospitalized in intensive care, while patients in other departments are 194, as communicated by the deputy governor of the Region with responsibility for Health Riccardo Riccardi. With regard to cases registered within the regional health service: one nurse, three social health workers, one health warden and 2 administrators tested positive for the Giuliano Isontina university health service; a social health worker to the Friuli Centrale university health authority; a nurse to the Western Friuli health authority; a nurse at the maternal and child Irccs Burlo Garofolo. As regards residences for the elderly, 6 cases were found among operators (Trieste, Grado and Monfalcone) and 5 among guests (Spilimbergo, Gradisca d’Isonzo, Gorizia and Montereale Valcellina).
