Allianz Partners: “Always committed to supporting gender equality”

“Allianz Partners has for years been committed to enhancing female talent and creating equal conditions in the company by developing a culture of merit and obviously also supporting motherhood. At an institutional level, we have launched the Valeria Solesin prize which is about to reach its fifth edition to reward those young people who develop the themes of gender equality and inclusion in their degree theses. This year we will also award the degree theses on the topic ‘women and Stem’ which is particularly topical because it is consistent with the increasing demand for professional figures in the technical-scientific field in the world of work. For us it is a source of great emotion and also for me personally as the author of the book “Come on girls at work”, in which I believe that it is the young people who must make themselves heard and have their say on this topic “. This was stated by Paola Corna Pellegrini, CEO of Allianz Partners, on the occasion of Rock Your Mind, the first rock festival dedicated to the Stem world organized by Employerland Srl. The initiative – in which hundreds of Stem students and graduates were able to meet top companies employer ‘for one-to-one orientation and mutual evaluation sessions – was held today in Milan at Cariplo Factory.
