Single child allowance, the draft: 175 euros per month, even for foreigners

This is what we read in the draft of the dlsg on the single check to be examined tomorrow by the CDM. Single grant, the application The application for the recognition of the single grant is presented starting from January 1st of each year and refers to the period between March of the year of submission of the application and February of the year later, we still read in the draft of the Dl. The application is submitted electronically to INPS or at the patronage institutes, it is specified in the text. “Starting from the year 2022, a flat-rate increase is recognized for families with four or more children, equal to 100 euros per month per nucleus “. Single allowance, disabled children “For each child with a minor disability there is an increase, based on the condition of disability as defined for Isee purposes, of the identified amounts equal to 105 euros per month in case of non self-sufficiency, to 95 euros per month in case of severe disability and € 85 per month in the case of medium disability “. While “for each child with disability of age up to the age of twenty-one there is an increase in the amount of € 50 per month. For each child with a dependent disability aged 21 or over there is a amount equal to 85 euros per month. This amount is fully due for an ISEE equal to or less than 15,000 euros. For higher ISEE levels, it gradually decreases according to the amounts indicated in table 1 until reaching a value of 25 euros in correspondence of an ISEE equal to 40,000 euros. Single check, the requirements There are four requirements to apply for a single check, as stated in the draft of the legislative decree that will be on the CDM tomorrow. The first is that the applicant “is an Italian citizen or a citizen of the European Union,” o his family member, holder of the right of residence or of the right of permanent residence, or is a citizen of a State not belonging to the European Union in possession of an EU residence permit for long-term residents or a holder of a single work permit authorized to carry out a work activity for a period of more than six months or hold a residence permit for research reasons authorized to reside in Italy for a period of more than six months “.
