Pellegrini testifies on NAKA, it is supposed to concern an alleged bribe in a champagne box – SME.sk

BRATISLAVA. Former Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini testifies before the investigators of the National Criminal Agency. It informs about it television portal Markíza tvnoviny.sk with the proviso that the denunciation should relate to an alleged bribe in a box of champagne.

“I have been summoned by the investigator as a witness, I have answered all her questions and I am leaving as a witness. I am not to blame,” Pellegrini said after questioning.

He did not want to comment on the details of the statement due to the non-publicity of the preparatory proceedings.

Former head of financial administration František Imrecze and businessman Michal Suchoba testify against Pellegrini. According to the penitents of the penitents, Pellegrini, as the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, was to take a bribe of 150,000 euros.

He was to receive a bribe from Suchob for securing political support for the virtual cash register project.

Pellegrini said nothing specific after the interrogation, but refuses to take bribes in the long run.

The defender of the accused businessman Miroslav Výboh, Ladislav Smejkal, also came to the hearing. The bomb was said to have taken a bribe for Pellegrini.

Smejkal said that Pellegrini’s interrogation was very important. “He described everything that was necessary in great detail,” the lawyer said, adding that Pellegrini had confirmed that the accusations against the God were untrue.

“Mr. Pellegrini denied that such a thing would happen,” Smejkal added. “He rejects the whole matter, as does our client,” he stressed.

As for Výboha himself, according to Smejkal, he does not avoid criminal prosecution and, despite being abroad, he is interested in testifying by telex. “We’ll work it out with the police,” he added.
