No Green pass, in Naples prohibited marches in the center

The streets and squares that will be temporarily forbidden to hold all public events are: via Toledo (in the stretch between Largo Berlinguer and Piazza Trieste and Trento); via Chiaia, via San Sebastiano, via Benedetto Croce, piazzetta Nilo and via San Biagio dei Librai (in the stretch between piazza del Gesù Nuovo and via Duomo) in the Decumani area. During the meeting, the directive of the Minister of the Interior was examined which “dictated specific indications so that the carrying out of protests against the health measures in place take place in a balanced reconciliation of the various rights and different interests at stake”; in this regard, explains a note from the Prefecture, “the need was noted to identify specific sensitive urban areas, of particular interest for the life of the community, which will be subject to a temporary ban on the aforementioned events, given the need to prevent , during the same, the phenomenon of non-compliance with the provisions dictated for the containment of the pandemic by Covid 19. It was unanimously agreed to identify some streets in the historic city center which, due to their small size as well as the presence of a high concentration of commercial activities and a consistent, habitual pedestrian transit of residents and tourists, present a greater criticality, and which, until the ongoing state of health emergency continues, will be temporarily forbidden to carry out all public events “.
