No Green Pass, Dipiazza: “ In the committee I will ask for a stop to demonstrations in Trieste until December 31st ”

” Today I will ask the provincial committee for public order and safety to suspend the demonstrations until at least December 31st. Nobody will die if you don’t go to demonstrate, I don’t want to remove the Constitution but I just tell those who want to take to the streets to bear a little patience ”. The mayor of Trieste, Roberto Dipiazza, says this to Adnkronos, talking about the situation of covid-19 infections in his city and in Friuli Venezia Giulia in general which, from today’s Iss report, is highly likely to progress at high risk. The mayor had already banned the demonstrations in Piazza Unità d’Italia but now, given the gravity of the situation, he takes a step forward. ” It was a fantastic year – explains Dipiazza – we have now ruined it in recent weeks with the demonstrations. I am in my fourth term and I know my city well but I never thought of seeing such a thing in Trieste ”.
