Bper, new territorial directorates appointed

As part of the reorganization of Bper Banca’s distribution structure, the board of directors has appointed the heads of the 9 new Territorial Departments, which will be operational from January 2022: Dt Nord Ovest (Piedmont, Liguria, Pavia) Giuseppe Aimi; West Lombardy Dt (Milan, Bergamo, Varese) Luca Gotti; Dt Lombardy East-Triveneto Maurizio Veggio; Dt Emilia Ovest Giuseppe Sibilla; Dt Emilia East-Romagna Massimo Biancardi; Dt Center West (Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio) Luigi Zanti; Dt Center East (Marche, Abruzzo, Molise) Giuseppe Litta; Dt Campania-Puglia-Basilicata Salvatore Pulignano; Dt Calabria-Sicily Giuseppe La Boria. The Territorial Departments will report to Stefano Vittorio Kuhn, who assumes responsibility for the entire Commercial Network and in turn reports to the Deputy General Manager and Chief Business Officer Stefano Rossetti. “The appointment of the territorial directors – declares Piero Luigi Montani, CEO of Bper Banca – completes the revision and simplification of the organizational model that we have implemented in full consistency with the new dimension assumed by the Bank. The goal is to achieve ever greater efficiency and adapt our customer relationship model to the best market practices. With the choice of who will take on the new and delicate task, taking up the baton from colleagues who have lavished their commitment over the years and to whom we sincerely thank for the work done, a very positive integration process is completed.
