Convicted recidivist forced fellow prisoner to have oral sex, got 10 more years – TVNOVINY.sk

The Trenčín Regional Court sentenced Miroslav K. to ten years in prison, who forced his roommate into oral sex in an Ilava prison.

“The perpetrator pulled him out of bed and forced his hands against the victim’s will and pressed the victim’s head against his genitals and forced the victim to sexually satisfy him, while the victim did this in fear for life and health,” said a judge of the Trenčín Regional Court.

Psychologist Zdenka Kubišová says that it can be a sexual frustration that, even if a person is isolated from society, is unacceptable. “It was an activity that one should be able to regulate in all circumstances and one should be able to control one’s actions,” she explained.

The event took place in 2018 and at the time of this act he was already serving a sentence for theft. Miroslav’s originally district court in Trenčín did not impose any punishment. Only after the appeal did the regional court send the case back to the district, which sentenced the recidivist to 11 years. Now the regional court has reduced the man’s sentence by one year, the verdict is valid.

“The client denies guilt from the very beginning, during the investigation and during the court proceedings, so of course he is certainly not identified with the decision,” added the convict’s lawyer Jozef Herbulák.

He has been sentenced 24 times in the past and has been released for a year. When his sentence for theft expires, he will receive the latest sentence.
