Fuel shortage in Haiti: some municipalities lack water

For several weeks, Haiti has been paralyzed by a serious shortage of fuel, orchestrated by criminal gangs who enforce their law over the country. The whole country is at a standstill. A catastrophic situation which further complicates the daily life of a population already hard hit. Some municipalities lack water because the pumps cannot run without fuel.
