In PLUS 7 DAYS, we connected data from the Australian register of companies and the real estate cadastre, and we also had a beautiful advertisement, to which Sulík apparently responded.

The ranch is located in Western Australia, 28 kilometers from the city of Perth. It covers an area of ​​20.4 hectares, ie 200,000 square meters. Rather, we visualize its size when we recall, for example, Lake Štrbské pleso, it is approximately the same size. Or half of the Bojnice zoo corresponds in size to the size of Sulík’s ranch.

The bottom is entered along the driveway through the electric gate. You enter the bottom and find yourself in the beautiful Australian countryside, around which are pastures for horses, paddocks for horses, a complex of stables, washrooms for horses, but also a stream. On the plot there is also a spacious house with five rooms, two bathrooms, there is also a separate cottage and as a bonus – a runway for small planes. Thus, Sulík can also fly to the ranch on his own plane.

Indebted Sulík

The price for the ranch in 2019, ie at the time when Sulík bought it, was, according to the advertisement we discovered, 1 million 250 thousand dollars (more than 801 thousand euros). It must be said that Sulík is not the sole owner of the ranch, he owns one third. In the compulsory property declaration of public officials for the year 2020, the ranch stated inconspicuously – it included it in the ownership of property as a share in the company: 1/3.

“Here is a copy of the loan agreement, I took out a 500,000 loan, I established two apartments that I own here in Bratislava and I will repay this loan by 2038. Then I will be seventy. So by the age of seventy, I dare to repay such a loan, ” Sulík declared in parliament, saying that he was living honestly. We found out that Sulík founded his flats on Kýčerského and Štetinova streets in Bratislava.

The ranch was bought by Indigo floats and trailers Pty Ltd, as evidenced by an extract from the Australian Real Estate Cadastre. And who owns the company? It has three owners: one of them is Richard Sulík and the rest belongs to Lucia Galovičová and David William Dobson. Galovičová and Dobson should be the mysterious co-owners of the ranch, whom the minister refused to specify. Lucia Galovičová was a champion of Western Australia in show jumping, ie riding over obstacles, and David Dobson was in the past one of the top parkour riders of the World Cup in Australia, today he works as a coach.

In addition to the ranch, Galovičová is connected with Sulík by another company, Kentaur Australia Pty Ltd, which operates a riding equipment store. This company also has three owners, Darina Galovičová also has a third share in it, which according to our findings should be Lucia’s mother.

It is quite a surprise that Richard Sulík chose this place for retirement, because no one in Slovakia has ever seen him specialize in horses, nor has he bought any horses for children, such as his political colleague Boris Kollár. He will also have a runway, but he does not fly any aircraft – but on the other hand, until he starts using his Australian destination, he may learn to fly or have a private pilot.
