There will be no defense! Vlhová misses parallel slalom in Lech – Športky.sk

BRATISLAVA – Slovak skier Petra Vlhová will miss Saturday’s parallel World Cup competition in the Austrian resort of Lech / Zürs. On Monday, Ski Team Vlha informed about it, stating that the defender of the big globe wants to prepare for the next events of the series in Levi, Finland, and Killington, USA.

Vlhová scored the victory last season in Lech / Zürs. In the second half of October, she entered the new year of the World Championships in third place in a huge slalom in Sölden, Austria, where Mikaela Shiffrin won, but the American has not trained properly since back problems and will not appear in the Austrian center in parallel competition.

Vlhová will soon start on November 20 and 21 in Levi, where two slaloms are on the program. One week later, the prestigious series moves overseas.
