Two accused anti-Russian prisoners from the trade in Piešťany are former soldiers, confirmed Naď – SME.sk

BRATISLAVA. Two men charged in connection with the intervention of the police in the Piešťany supermarket are former soldiers. This was confirmed by the Minister of Defense in the program Na telo on Markíza television Jaroslav Naď (OĽaNO).

“Trained people who left the armed forces as part of the purge of the service today deliberately go from one store to another throughout Slovakia and provoke,” added Naď.

Police raided a group of people on Thursday, November 4, who refused to put on respirators.

Called patrols in the Piešťany supermarket have repeatedly called on members of this group to cover their upper airways or to leave the store to allow other customers in peace to complete their purchase.

There was a physical conflict. Two police officers and one man were injured in the incident. They were all treated once in the hospital.

Police patrols restricted the personal liberty of three men from the Nitra region, whom the investigator later accused of committing a riot and of attacking a public official.
