The former police leadership is set to freedom. The Supreme Court confirmed the release of Tibor Gašpar and others from the Očistec – Aktuality.sk case

The Senate of the Supreme Court agreed with the decision of the judge of the Specialized Criminal Court that there are no longer any reasons to prosecute the former police leadership in custody.

Without a day exactly one year ago launched the NAKA raid, which until then had no parallel in Slovakia. During the Očistec event, she detained former top police officers, led by police ex-president Tibor Gašpar. Among those detained were former NAKA chief Peter Hraško, former director of the NAKA anti-corruption unit Róbert Krajmer, former head of the NAKA management support department Marián Zetocha, who then worked under secret and former deputy director of the National Financial Unit Milan Mihálik.
