Wife ‘no vax’ does not want to have her son vaccinated, they separate after 20 years

They separate after 20 years of marriage because the wife is ‘no vax’ and does not want to have her 15-year-old son vaccinated. To report him to the Giustitalia association is a 47-year-old Milanese married to a 43-year-old woman. The couple, who have always gotten along well, have entered into crisis with the pandemic and with the issue of anticovid vaccines. The wife, in fact, a firm supporter of “no vax”, not only has not been vaccinated, but does not even want her child to be vaccinated. On the contrary, the husband has been vaccinated and wants his son to be given the anti-covid vaccine as well. In fact, the engineer, assisted by the lawyers of the Giustitalia Association, after consulting with the pediatrician who follows the child and who had recommended vaccination, had made an appointment at the Vaccinal Center. The 15-year-old son (among other things) had expressed the desire to be vaccinated in order to participate, in a more carefree way, in school and sports activities. But upon receiving the authorization form, which requires the signature of both parents, the mother refused her consent (and therefore her signature) .The father therefore decided to appeal to the Juvenile Court, filing a report by the attending pediatrician on the health of the minor, on any pathologies suffered, on the presence of allergy states or, in any case, of contraindications that certify the “negativity” of everything and indeed clinically recommend vaccination. But the story of the couple is not ended only before the Juvenile Court but also before the Civil Court as the spouses decided to legally separate due to their “incompatibility of views” in relation to facing, as a couple, the pandemic and the consequent vaccination prophylaxis.
