PEZINOK. According to Ľubomír Kudlička, nicknamed Kudla, but also Engineer, Bradatý or Rabín, he did not manage a criminal group of such people, did not give orders to anyone or assign tasks to commit crime.

He stated this on Wednesday before the Senate of the Specialized Criminal Court in Pezinok, noting that he did not know that such a group existed.

According to him, the law enforcement authorities formed a criminal group from the private security service, which he owned. “I did not commit the acts I blame,” he said.

Such was the addict

In his statement, he also admitted that he owned SBS together with the murdered Ján Takáč. However, Kudla was only in charge of the economy in the company and, according to his own words, he wanted to leave it for a while.

The reason was that he did not like Robert Pála’s work in the company and also that Takáč was addicted to drugs before his murder. After Takáč was murdered in 2003, Kudľa, in his own words, decided to continue to run the company in accordance with the law.

He refused to commit crime

Kudla also said that after the murder of Takáč, Pála and Jozef Surovčík, the police informed him that he might be “on the line”, but they refused to protect him. Therefore, for a time he went everywhere accompanied by security.

Because he also did business in other areas – he owned restaurants, a ski resort or advertising agency, in his own words, SBS devoted very little time.

Patrik V. and Marián G were therefore in charge of the company. At the same time, however, he said that his frequent absence was abused by some employees such as Matej Z. nicknamed Zemák or Boris K. nicknamed Indian .

“The fact that I was called the head of the Takachovs was their pass,” he said, adding that Peter Petrov, called Tiger, was also involved in manipulating the statements in the Takachov case.

However, as he said, in the past he sued him in court and even won. “The case of such people is artificially created to prove the validity of the National Criminal Agency,” Kudla said.

One admitted

In this case, the prosecutor’s office filed charges against 16 people for founding, conspiring and supporting a criminal group, as well as extortion, brutal coercion or damage to foreign property.

They later attached to the criminal case in question an indictment against lawyer Martin Ribár, who, according to the authorities involved in criminal proceedings, influenced the testimony of witnesses in criminal proceedings in favor of the group.

All defendants declared in court today that they were innocent. The only exception was Pavol K., who admitted guilt in point 1 of the indictment, ie the establishment, establishment and support of a criminal group.

The defendant has stated that he regrets the act, he feels innocent about other activities that are blamed on him. Defendant Henrich S. declined to comment on some points, feels innocent on others.

Such people focused on firing

Such people have worked mainly in Bratislava’s Ružinov, but also in Petržalka and in the center of the capital since the 1990s. They focused on firing, gastronomic services and game rooms. Later, they began operating in the Trnava and Nitra regions.

After the death of the group’s founder Ján Takáč in July 2003, the murder of Róbert Pál and the shooting of Jozef Surovčík in Senec, Ľubomír Kudlička, nicknamed Kudla, became the alleged boss of the group.

He is currently serving a valid sentence of 25 years in prison for ordering the murder of Roman’s businessman Tailor. National Criminal Agency undertook the Aladin action against the members of the group in 2017 and subsequently the Apač action in 2019.
