Bonus terme 2021 Invitalia, online list of structures: how to book

Bonsu terme 2021, we’re off. Since yesterday, the list of 117 spa facilities where you can use the spa bonus is online. The list divided by regions has been published on the Invitalia website which has also created a special map. The discount, which you can benefit from by booking the spa services of your interest at the chosen establishment, will cover up to 100% of the service purchased, up to a maximum value of 200 euros. Any excess part of the cost of the service will be borne by the citizen. But who can request it? And how does the reservation work? Who is it for? The incentive for the purchase of spa services is aimed at all adult citizens residing in Italy, without Isee limits and without limits related to the family unit. Each citizen can take advantage of a single bonus, for a single purchase, up to a maximum of 200 euros. The total budget foreseen for the intervention is 53 million euros. How the reservation works The list of accredited spas to which it is possible to request the Bonus is online from Tuesday 2 November in the section of the Invitalia website “Accredited Bodies”. No form to fill out: just send a request email to the facility of interest and the facility itself will notify the citizen of the booking confirmation, based on the capacity of the fund. Bonus in chronological order, Invitalia will check the requirements and issue the vouchers until the funds run out. The structures will then communicate to customers the confirmation of the booking. What are the spa services admitted to the Bonus? Any service provided by an accredited spa is allowed, with the exception of catering and hospitality services. The admitted services include thermal health treatments, diagnostic tests and specialist visits, beauty and wellness treatments. Which date is valid for the validity of the bonus? It is the issue date of the bonus itself, which is automatically originated by the platform when the thermal institution requests it. Therefore, the date of sending the bonus to the citizen by the spa is not considered valid. When can the citizen choose the services for which to use the bonus? The citizen can choose the services by contacting the chosen spa after having obtained the reservation from the spa. How long does the citizen have to use the bonus? You have 60 days from the date of issue of the bonus to start using it and 45 days from the start of the benefits to end them. Can I request cancellation of the bonus reservation at a spa? Yes, the citizen can ask the spa to cancel the reservation, within 60 days from the date of issue, as long as he has not already started using the services. The cancellation is carried out by the spa on the platform.
