Covid today Ukraine, 26,870 infections: never so many

There are 26,870 new coronavirus infections in Ukraine recorded in the last 24 hours, never so many since the beginning of the pandemic. The Ukrainian Ministry of Health announced this, explaining that yesterday there were 5,463 people who contracted Covid-19 and who had to be hospitalized. With regard to the victims, 648 were those who lost their lives on the last day due to complications attributable to the infection. Meanwhile, Kiev tries to run for the restart. Yesterday the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, announced he will impose new restrictions from November 1st and called on the national government to take further measures.
