San Raffaele Velletri nursing home acquitted of tax damage

“The checks carried out on the referrals and medical records, as well as the on-site settings, demonstrate the groundlessness of the accusations brought against the defendant, having acted in compliance with the rules in force” and “both the objective element of the damage and the the psychological one “. This is what is stated in sentence 584/21 of the Court of Auditors of Lazio which acquitted San Raffaele spa from the point of view of the tax damage. Thus, also on the accounting side, the affair involving the San Raffaele di Velletri Nursing Home on the certificates and reimbursements for health services provided on behalf of the public health service ended. 11 years after the start of the proceedings, the nursing home is thus acquitted of the accusation of having caused tax damage. “Ultimately, all the complaints made to the nursing home by the accounting prosecutor have been addressed and overcome by the criminal judgment” , we read in the judgment of the accounting judges. In 2019 the nursing home had already been acquitted in criminal proceedings.
